I was invited to attend Customer Experience Exchange for Retail in Miami with Director of Customer Experience at QVC. My goal was to seek out what other retailers are leveraging current technologies to support their relevant customer experience. QVC was looking into implementing  current technologies and optimize solution for personalized shopping experience.
