I was invited to attend Customer Experience Exchange for Retail in Miami with Director of Customer Experience at QVC. My goal was to seek out what other retailers are leveraging current technologies to support their relevant customer experience. QVC was looking into implementing current technologies and optimize solution for personalized shopping experience.
The Internet and Television Expo 2016 in Boston (May 16 – 18) was focused on “What’s Next for TV” since the landscape of TV ecosystem has been disrupting with the digital television industry.
