Process for breakthrough ideas

At QVC, I had led a multidisciplinary team (2 Project Managers, BA, 2 Front-End Developers, UX designer, Visual Designer) to deliver a strategic roadmap for QVC business. In order to define opportunities to extend QVC’s business at the global scale, we needed to guide the team to help foster  design thinking process in a startup environment.
